In the current phase, the integrated automated measurement process will be completed. In a first step, a fully automatic calibration for the multiscale multi-sensor measuring system is investigated. A hexapod enables a very flexible positioning of the workpiece. On the one hand, the hexapod avoids the manual handling of the calibration object for the registration process of the sensors to the positioning system. On the other hand, the calibration interval between measurements can be reduced. For this purpose, various parameters such as the calibration quality are calculated in order to determine the frequency of the necessary calibrationsThe calibration object can remain mounted on the hexapod during the measurement. In a second work package, the acquisition of diffuse and directionally reflecting surfaces will be investigated. It is currently not possible to detect highly reflective surfaces with fringe projection systems. Therefore, a deflectometric system is integrated in the measurement setup to detect these surfaces correctly. To reach the demand of a holistic and fast acquisition of the workpiece, a method for simultaneous fringe projection and deflectometric measurement is investigated. Furthermore, the influence of the process-related lubricant on the workpiece must be determined by examining the related properties of the thin films. This enables a correction of the local and systematic measurement deviation by the lubricant film.
